Urakasumi Junmai Umeshu (Plum Sake) 720ml

This Junmai-based Umeshu has beautiful colour of pink gold or rose. Intense aroma of Plum skin, amaretto and cranberry on the nose. Moderate refreshing tartness and gentle sweetness goes along with almond and cinnamon notes.

Urakasumi Umeshu is produced from ume grown in Miyagi Prefecture, unprocessed junmai sake (sake made from rice, water and kōji, grain that is inoculated with fermentation culture, without added alcohol) brewed by Urakasumi brewery. It is fit for desserts and accompanying sweet, rich foods such as Foie gras and dark chocolate. Recommended ways of drinking Urakasumi Umeshu are on the rocks, with crushed ice or soda.
