Kaizen is the sister company of Chefslocker.co.uk, Founded by industry professionals with decades of combined experience — including an ex-Chef, a Restaurant Manager, and a University lecturer specialising in hospitality — Kaizen brings the same passion, expertise, and attention to detail that has defined Chefslocker since its inception.

Opened in May 2024, ShopKaizen was originally created to offer unique, chef-quality ingredients and put Chefslocker on the highstreet. It quickly evolved into a creative and cultural space dedicated to all things Japan. Today, Kaizen offers an ever-growing collection ranging from traditional Japanese crockery, clothing art, gardening items, to an extensive selection of Japanese knives & BBQs.

Many of our products are items you simply won’t find elsewhere in the Midlands, making Kaizen a destination for professionals, enthusiasts, and anyone with a genuine appreciation for Japanese culture, craftsmanship, and design.
