Fuji Single Malt Japanese Whisky was awarded gold at the International Spirits Challenge 2023.

Fuji Gotemba distillery has been producing whisky since 1973 and is located at the foot of Mount Fuji. 

Since its establishment it has been refining its whisky making in a wide variety of styles by integrating Kirin's own brewing technology with expertise in meticulous crafting based on the aforementioned World's leading whisk(e)y production methods.
The house style of the whiskies is known for “Pure & Mellow,” referring to their purity in flavour, exquisite depth of character, and smoothness.

This single malt whisky embodies the pristine nature of its surroundings. Aged in pure air and fresh water, it offers a refined and complex profile with a floral and fruity elegance. A beautifully crafted single malt that reflects the essence of Japanese nature. Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks to fully appreciate its delicate flavours. Aroma: Bright pear and apple notes intertwined with subtle vanilla and caramel sweetness. Palate: Smooth and silky, featuring ripe fruit sweetness with a delicate touch of spice. Finish: A well-balanced, lingering warmth with hints of toasted oak and gentle sweetness.
